Target Audience Location: Provided hosting is in Australia and physical location is very important. If the target audience is located outside Australia results can be varied. For best results we recommend that the target audience be located primarily in Australia. Feel free to contact us for a personalised recommendation if you have a mixed target audience.
What we need to know
Website Usage Specifics: Details on the intended or current usage is required to assist getting the website off the ground. This will allow us to provide a hosting solution specific to your needs straight off the bat. Providing information like Disk Space (total file size), Bandwidth per month (data usage per month), Number of MySQL Databases and any other specific requirements will be a good start.
How Services are Accessed: To allow us to fully test and to allow us to provide support to our standards we will require as much information as possible. This includes the address, username and password for any management or general services you use. Some examples we have – Hosting Management, Domain Name Management, cPanel, FTP and Email. If there are any others you can think of please provide them to us as this will help.
Domain Names
We are able to sell standard domains (.au, .com, .com.au, .net, .net.au and others) as well as the newer domains (.accountant, .business, .florist, .tours and others). As the pricing constantly changes please be aware the the below may change at any time without notice.

This is a fixed $80 yearly plan¹ which will perfectly suit a basic website or blog. However if things get out of hand we will let you know and look at options to upgrade to the Small Business plan for the remainder of the year.

Small Business

Business
For those who are running substantial services or expect a large amount of traffic. These $380 yearly adaptable² plan¹ which has a range of resources available. Enterprise
Providing the most amount of resources is our priority with this plan. It is for large websites with multiple services running constantly with large amounts of traffic. These $580 yearly adaptable² plan¹ which has a range of resources available. We will monitor your websites requirements and manage the resources to meet your needs. Otherwise if you know you will need more simply contact us.

Migration Process
We can provide assistance with the migration of existing websites or simply do it for you. We have outlined the basic process below but it does vary depending on individual needs and existing hosting services.
Basic Outline
- Existing Hosting Check and Backup
- Check current hosting settings (eg PHP Version)
- Backup Domain Zone Records (eg A, MBX and CNAME)
- Check email is synced correctly
- Order New Hosting
- New Hosting Check and Backup
- Check current hosting settings (eg PHP Version)
- Backup Domain Zone Records (eg A, MBX and CNAME)
- Migrate Hosting
- Setup New Hosting
- Check website to ensure migration was successful
- As required update Domain Zone Records
- Update Existing Hosting to point at New Hosting
- Clean up and update Domain Zone Records
- Update Domain Name Register
Additional
Depending on the existing hosting and website configuration there may be some additional steps that we will plan for. If you are using an SSL Certificate or similar we will add a step to check it is compatible and that it was migrated. There are many other services we will check for that are not listed here.

WordPress
This is the most popular CMS and most customers we have worked with use WordPress and there are a selection of Plugins we recommend. Generally these are installed with the intention on improving the speed and security of your website.
WP Cerber – Security service that is very customisable and prevents unwanted logins, spam comments and more. Free option is sufficient.
WP Fastest Cache – Creates a cache of static files and others. Also will minify CSS, Javascript and some other files helping to speed up loading times of web pages. For information on recommended settings please contact us. Free option is sufficient.
WP Smush – Image Compression to reduce the size of your website and to speed up loading times of web pages. Free option is sufficient.
